'For Sale' signs

Research suggests that 15% of enquiries take place as a direct result of spotting a For Sale sign outside the property. That's why with all our packages (except "Budget") you will receive one our free For Sale Sign boards, including free delivery.

These high quality boards are manufactured by the same company that makes them for Estate Agents. They're constructed from rigid weatherproof corrugated polypropylene, so they'll stay looking good until your property is sold. These boards also conform to local planning regulations.

Before we deliver your For Sale sign, we'll add your unique property reference number, so prospective buyers can look your property's details up on our site. We'll also add your contact details - either phone number or email, depending on what you tell us you would like to use.

When you receive your board you will need a 2"x2" post to mount it, Posts are not supplied, but are available from most DIY/hardware shops.

For those signing up for our "Standard" and "Standard Plus" packages, delivery is by Royal Mail and normally within 5 working days from you placing your order.

For those who purchase our "Premium" or "Premium Plus" package, the For Sale Board will be delivered by our Consultant when they arrive for the pre-arranged visit to your home.
